Shrimp Macaroni Salad

Shrimp Macaroni Salad is a kidney food recipe for renal patient, patients with kidney disease.

Ingredients

250 grams shrimp, cooked
113 grams macaroni, uncooked
90 grams mayonnaise
65 grams celery chopped
40 grams green onion, chopped
5 ml calamansi juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Procedure

1. Cook macaroni until tender.
2. Combine macaroni with the remaining ingredients.
3. Chill.
4. Serve with lettuce leaves.
