Pineapple Bread

Pineapple bread is a kidney food recipe for renal patient, patients with kidney disease.

Ingredients

150 grams pineapple, crushed, drained
150 grams all-purpose flour
48 grams sugar
48 grams butter, unsalted
18 grams raisins
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 piece egg

Procedure

1. Beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
2. Add egg and mix well.
3. Mix flour and baking powder together.
4. Combine sugar and flour mixtures and blend well.
5. Add pineapple and raisins, mix to combine.
6. Pour into greased 9 x 5 inch pan.
7. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
6. Serve.
