Pork tips is a yummy recipe for Kidney Patients.

Ingredients

375 grams pork loins, strips
225 grams tomatoes, corasely chopped
60 grams onion
139 ml red wine
42 ml corn oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon cumin

Procedure

1. Heat oil until hot.
2. Sprinkle pork strips with pepper, place in a skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until slightly browned.
3. Remove pork strips from skillet, cover to keep warm.
4. Saute onion, tomato, cumin and paprika in a skillet. Cook for 1 minute.
5. Add red wine, and return pork strips into the skillet.
6. Bring to a boil.
7. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or until pork is of desired doneness.
8. Serve with cooked pasta or rice and smile.
