Fish Potatoes

Fish Potatoes is a yummy recipe for kidney patients.

Ingredients

375 grams Maya-maya fillet
38 grams butter, unsalted
168 grams potato, boiled, sliced diagonally
66 grams onion
38 ml calamansi juice
158 ml milk evaporated
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Procedure

1. Marinate fish in onion, pepper, milk and calamansi juice. Set aside.
2. Melt butter in a pan.
3. Pour marinated fish in the pan.
4. Add potato and simmer until cooked.
4. Serve.
