Egg in a Nest is a kidney food recipe for renal patient, patients with kidney disease.

Ingredients

348 grams eggs
6 slices tasty bread
60 butter, unsalted

Procedure

1. Make a hole about 2 inches in diameter at the center of the sliced bread.
2. Heat a small teflon pan over medium heat.
3. Add 1 teaspoon butter and melt.
4. Place the bread in the pan and toss gently to absorb fat.
5. Remove the egg from its shell and carefully place in the hole of the bread.
6. Cook on 1 side until egg is almost done to desired degree.
7. Add remaining 1 teaspoon butter, turn and finish cooking on the second side.
8. Serve.
